Our companion animals provide valuable support to us during this Covid-19 crisis and so,we believe we owe it to them to ensure we plan to meet their needs too while keeping them safe.

Measures in place

If you are dropping off your dog or cat,we ask that you please remain outside and we will come out and collect your pet(whilst respecting the recommended 1.5meter distance)

We will use our own leads and we will be weraing gloves and a mask for everyone's safety.

If you are collecting your pet,please wait outside and we will bring them out to you.

Antibacterial gel will be available in the office.

Measures in place at kennels and cattery daily.

Gloves will be worn at all times.

Individual leash walks possible to limit contact with other dogs if required(tarif applicable).

Cleaning routine followed as normal,with each pen or kennel disinfected after each use.

Bath possible at end of stay (if required)to limit possible virus transmission on fur(tarif applicable)
